Here's who I am & what I do
My name is Ema O'Hara, I am in the last semester of my senior year pursuing a degree in Health Services Management at Indiana University of Indianapolis. I am currently working as an intern at Ethan Crossing of Indianapolis as a case manager. My current interest revolves around improving healthcare delivery, particularly in the areas of mental health and substance use disorder.

As I continue to develop professionally, I want to be a compassionate and inspiring leader to the clients I serve in my community. Using the skills and tools I have gained through my Bachelors Degree, I hope to make a great impact on improving patient outcomes and experience. I am dedicated in continuing my education so I am able to be the best advocate for my team and my clients.

I chose Health Services Management because I want to make a difference in the world of healthcare on a non clinical side. This degree path comes with a variety of different career options, giving me the flexibility to choose which direction I want to go in. Health Services Management sparks my passion when it comes to working on the business and management side of healthcare.
